She started her mortgage career managing and maintaining Loan Origination Systems for the mortgage division of a large bank in Memphis, working closely with all mortgage departments to ensure their workflow design and processes were achieved. During that time, Kelli attended classes to obtain many different Information Technology certifications. After 6 years, Kelli redirected her career to become the Director of Information Technology for a nationwide credit reporting agency for the next 12 years. In 2012, Kelli accepted a position with Ellie Mae, Inc. (now Ice Mortgage Technology™) as an Implementation Project Manager for Encompass. At Ellie Mae she worked with a wide array of clients and managed projects for banks, credit unions, and mortgage lending companies supporting anywhere from 10 users to 300 users. She achieved multiple Circle Of Excellence acknowledgements and quickly moved up the ranks to Senior Implementation Consultant during her 7 year tenure at Ellie Mae.

Kelli loves to attend live music events particularly concerts and Off-Broadway productions. She enjoys singing karaoke with friends and playing Texas Hold‘em. She gets out in the sunshine as often as possible to golf and challenges herself to par every course she plays, with the occasional yelling of “Fore!”. She loves to go glamping, jet ski, ride 4 wheelers, and play with her fur babies.

Kelli joined the eBridge team in 2019. She’s an advocate whose top priority is a commitment to her clients’ success. She influences optimal outcomes by having a balanced focus on the needs of her clients and her own professional success and achievements.
